A Maine native, the Alternate Delegate to the 2nd District resides in Maine with her husband of 21 years and their two children.  Making the financially difficult decision to stay home and raise her children 18 years ago, has turned out to be her most rewarding accomplishment to date.  Julie serves as the Chair of her GOP town committee, as well as the Committeewoman for Penobscot County GOP Committee.

Julie is also a Beading Artisan and is currently working on the creations of over 40 sandollars that she has collected on the coastal beaches in Maine.
